“เจ้านักสู้ข้างถนน” หรือเจ้า “น้องโครงไก่ซิ่ง” กับโปรเจค ”ซื้อมารื้อ“ กลับมาอีกครั้งหลังการทำ Desmo Service ชุดใหญ่
ทั้งเปลี่ยนสายพาน, ตั้งวาล์ว, ล้างลิ้นเร่ง, เปลี่ยนกรองอากาศเป็น Sprint Filter, ล้างหัวฉีด, และเปลี่ยนหัวเทียนใหม่ทั้งหมด!
ก่อนหน้านี้เครื่องก็วิ่งได้ปกติดีอยู่แล้ว แต่หลังเซอร์วิส เครื่องแน่นขึ้น คันเร่งไวขึ้นแบบสัมผัสได้
- จากรถวิ่งได้ กลายเป็นรถวิ่งดี
- กำลังอัดกลับมา ได้ค่ามาตรฐาน
– ไม่มีอาการหน่วงตอนเปิดคันเร่ง
– การตอบสนองดีขึ้นแบบ “ติดมือ”
– อาการกระตุกตอนออกตัวแทบหายไปเลย
ตอนนี้ยังเหลือแค่ ปัญหาสายคันเร่ง ที่ก่อนหน้านี้เคยถูกรื้อมาและประกอบกลับแบบตำแหน่งผิด ทำให้สายฝืดและข้อต่อพับผิดองศา (อาการยอดฮิตของรถรุ่นนี้เมื่อเจอช่างใส่กลับไม่ถูกต้อง)
ตอนนี้ระหว่างรอสายคันเร่งใหม่ ก็จัดการต่อที่ “ช่วงล่าง”
เริ่มจากการถอดล้างชุด HUB หลังของสวิงอาร์มขาเดี่ยว
สิ่งที่เจอคือ… “ทะเลบางแสนขนาดย่อม” ซุกอยู่ในนั้นเต็มไปหมด!
ขอแนะนำเลยว่าใครใช้ Ducati ที่เป็น Single-sided Swingarm ควรล้างทุก 10,000 km หรือตามรอบเซอร์วิส
อย่ารอจนมันกลายเป็นทะเลทรายแบบคันนี้
เพราะแค่ 3x,xxx km น้ำหนัก unsprung เพิ่มมาเพียบเลย

"The street fighter" — or should we say, "the racing chicken frame" — is back with the “Bought to Rebuild” project, returning after a major Desmo Service.
This included replacing the timing belts, valve adjustment, throttle body cleaning, upgrading to a Sprint Filter air filter, injector cleaning, and replacing all spark plugs.
Previously, the bike already ran fine, but after the service, the engine feels tighter, and throttle response is noticeably quicker:
From a bike that could run, it became a bike that runs well
Compression returned to standard values.
-No more hesitation when opening the throttle.
-Throttle response is now sharp and immediate.
-The jerking at take-off has almost completely disappeared.
-The only remaining issue is with the throttle cables.
They were previously removed and reinstalled incorrectly, causing stiffness and misaligned joints — a common issue on this model when reassembled improperly.
While waiting for new throttle cables, we’ve moved on to the suspension.
Starting with a deep clean of the rear hub on the single-sided swingarm — and what we found was… a miniature Bang Saen Beach hiding inside!
A word of advice to all Ducati owners with single-sided swingarms: this part should be cleaned every 10,000 km or during regular service intervals.
Don’t wait until it turns into a desert like this one.
With only 30,000+ km on the clock, the unsprung weight has significantly increased due to all the debris.
