Thrilling Action with the Yamaha NMAX YECVT at the YAMAHA NMAX MAD MAX YECVT DRAG & GYMKHANA CHALLENGE – Round 1
Another exciting event created for Yamaha NMAX owners and enthusiasts to experience the fun of riding while putting the performance of YECVT (Yamaha Electric Continuously Variable Transmission) to the test.
YECVT is Yamaha’s innovative electronically controlled CVT system, using an electric motor to manage transmission operation and enhance both riding performance and control.
The event featured a variety of activities, including live concerts, booths from tuning specialists and motorcycle retailers, as well as the main attractions—the timed Drag and Gymkhana competitions.
Using the Yamaha NMAX YECVT as the competition motorcycle, participants had the opportunity to experience the characteristics of YECVT under real riding conditions and discover how it differs from a conventional CVT system.
For those who had never experienced YECVT before, the event also provided an opportunity to test ride the technology and experience firsthand how Yamaha’s innovative transmission system changes the riding experience.
This was the first event of its kind in Bangkok, but there is no need to worry if you missed it. The YAMAHA NMAX MAD MAX YECVT DRAG & GYMKHANA CHALLENGE will continue to travel to different regions across Thailand.
